On November 15, 2023, we hosted our 3rd Annual Symposium and Member Update “From Waste to Well-being: Bridging the Gap from Theory to Practice”.
Registrants heard from an incredible group of speakers who shared their insights from working within food systems, shaping policy-making in Canadian agriculture, and studying food trends and marketing.

This session explores trends and habits in our post-COVID state and provides ideas on making impact messaging that resonates with the public to motivate and inspire a behaviour shift.
